Sara Jane is an Executive Coach to leaders choosing to rapidly achieve breakthrough results so that they are able to consistently perform at their optimum.  She works with established C-Level Executives, Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents as well as emerging High Potential Leaders to help them learn about their behavioral styles, capitalize on their strengths, and compensate for their blind spots. Sara Jane also works with leaders whose performance results are high but whose conduct is abrasive which creates an environment that interferes with the morale and performance of others.

What distinguishes her coaching is that she not only helps her clients understand the consequences of their actions – she also helps them identify the underlying root causes which sustain their ineffective behaviors.  As a result, they learn exactly what they need to rapidly enhance their leadership portfolio. One of her clients said, “Sara Jane provides the Actionable Intelligence needed for continued success”.

Prior to starting her own business in 1986 – Performance Advantage Systems – Sara Jane held key leadership positions in four Fortune 50 companies.  She has lived in the United Kingdom and works globally.

Sara Jane has an M.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, a B.A. in Psychology from New York University, and has completed courses in Finance and Marketing at The Wharton School.

Her global leadership roles, together with her academic background and extensive coaching successes, are valued by her clients as the ideal combination to help them address their leadership challenges within the context of their business priorities.
